Air Duct Type Auxiliary Mineral Insulated Electric Heater is mainly used for air heating in the air duct, the specifications are divided into low temperature, medium temperature and high temperature, the common place in structure is the use of magnesium oxide mineral insulated metal sheathed electric heating element to reduce the vibration while the junction box is equipped with overtemperature control device.
For convenient control, besides overtemperature protection, device between the fan and heater should be coordinately operated to ensure that the electric heater starting must be after fan starting. A differential pressure device unit before and after the heater is to prevent fan fault. Channel heater heated gas pressure generally should not be more than 0.3 Kg/cm2. If more than the above pressure specifications, a circulating electric heater should be considered. Low temperature type gas heater cannot heat the highest temperature exceed 160 ℃; medium temperature type does not exceed 260℃; high temperature type does not exceed 500℃.
Two, air duct type auxiliary electric heater application field:
Air duct type auxiliary electric heaters are mainly used to heat the required air flow from the initial temperature to the desired air temperature, up to 850℃.
It has been widely used in aerospace, weapons industry, chemical industry and many scientific research and production laboratories in colleges and universities, especially suitable for automatic control, large flow and high temperature combined system and accessory test.
The air electric heater can be used in a wide range: it can heat any gas, and the hot air produced is dry, no moisture, no conduction, no combustion, no explosion, no chemical corrosion, no pollution, safe and reliable, and fast heating (controllable).
