400KW Hot Fan Air Duct Mineral Insulated Electric Heater is specially designed and manufactured mineral insulated heating cable elemented electric heater hot fan air duct heating. Hot air blower is composed by fan, heater and control circuit. After electrifying, the electric fan blows air into heater allowing the air to pass through within the heating wire spiral. The air temperature at the outlet increases through the heat exchange between the cold air and the heat by the electric heating. The temperature sensor at the outlet feeds back the detected air temperature to the temperature controller in time. The instrument monitors the actual working temperature according to the set temperature, and transmits the relevant information back to the solid-state relay to control whether the heater works. At the same time, the ventilator can use the air volume regulator (frequency converter, damper) to adjust the air volume of the blown air, so as to realize the control of working temperature and air volume. In addition, the hot fan also sets the overtemperature protection circuit for the ventilator inlet and motor, and sets the emergency brake switch for the total circuit to further improve the protection of the equipment.

One, Application of 400KW Hot Fan Air Duct Mineral Insulated Electric Heater
For large equipment post-welding heat treatment, the temperature should be balanced by blowing cold air and hot air at the same time to prevent the deformation of the heated object under the influence of high temperature.
Two, Working Principle of 400KW Hot Fan Air Duct Mineral Insulated Electric Heater:
